This course will describe the importance of BIM during the asset lifecycle phase of a built asset. BIM as a process can provide great benefits during the design and construction stages, but the main benefits can be seen well into operation of a facility. It is therefore crucial to ensure that the fundamental nature of how an asset is managed and functions during its life be addressed by the owner.
